The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) is the independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling and liquor industries. The VCGLR is responsible for gambling and liquor licensing, and for ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations. This includes informing and educating industry participants and the Victorian public about regulatory practices and requirements.
