To make a complaint regarding a Liquor Licence

If you have cause to lodge a complaint about an existing licensed premises, you can call 1300 182 457 or email your complaint to contact@vcglr.vic.gov.au

Include details about the nature of your complaint and the exact location of the venue as well as your own contact details. You may wish to keep your identity private from the licensed premises but Compliance and Audit will need your details to verify your complaint.
