Registered bookmakers and key employees
The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) is committed to working with the gaming industry to help them understand the responsibilities that come with being a registered bookmaker and key employee.

A registered bookmaker may apply to be a member of a partnership by completing the Approval to be a member of a trading bookmaking partnership online form.
As stated under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003, if a corporation is approved as a registered bookmaker, the corporation must nominate a person to act as a nominee. To apply, complete the Registered bookmaker – approval as a nominee of a corporation application form (PDF, 630KB).
Associates of a corporate bookmaker are required to complete the application form, Registered bookmaker - approval as an associated entity (PDF, 451KB), or if you are an individual, complete the Registered bookmaker - approval as an associated individual online form.
