Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code

The Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code outlines the standards for alcohol advertising in Australia.

Complaints about alcohol advertising can be lodged on a confidential basis. Complaints must be lodged through the Advertising Standards Board.

Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal was created on 1 July 1998 and amalgamated 15 boards and tribunals to offer a one stop shop dealing with a range of disputes, providing Victorians with access to a civil justice system which is modern, accessible, efficient and cost effective.

National Health and Medical Research Council

These National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines aim to establish the evidence base for future policies and community materials on reducing the health risks that arise from drinking alcohol.
