The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) Twitter account is managed by the Strategic Communication team. Tweets cover:
The @VicGCCC account does not automatically follow back users. Being followed by the VGCCC is not an endorsement of any kind.
The VGCCC updates and monitors the Twitter account during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and the VGCCC is not responsible for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.
The VGCCC welcomes feedback and will endeavour to join the conversation where possible. In some instances we will not be able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter.
All @replies and direct messages will be read and any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed on to the relevant people within the VGCCC.
Twitter is not the place to make official complaints to the VGCCC about licensed premises. Please refer to Making a complaint about a licensed premises.
The VGCCC welcomes feedback. We like to know what we are doing well and what we could improve. We welcome compliments and complaints. We are committed to responding fairly and within a reasonable time.
