The Victorian Government has released electronic logos for the final phase of implementing the updated Player Information Standards, also known as YourPlay.
YourPlay logos must be used on all gaming and casino venue player cards, websites, mobile applications and any loyalty scheme application forms. The YourPlay logos must be used as directed on the Player Information Standards page.
The factsheet clearly outlines the logo specifications including colour, font, size and application to light and dark backgrounds. Specifications cannot be changed to suit your branding or collateral.
An infringement notice of up to twenty penalty units applies to the incorrect or lack of use of YourPlay logos. Please read the this information carefully.
The "Gambling Regulation (Pre-Commitment and Loyalty Scheme) Regulations 2014" provide deadlines for the use of the YourPlay logos. Deadlines allow sufficient time for venue operators to update their print and online content.
YourPlay logos are available in the Online Services Portal on the VGCCC website. Please contact the VGCCC if you require assistance in accessing the portal.
YourPlay is a Victorian Government initiative, aimed at empowering players to make informed decisions about their gaming machine play by allowing them to set limits on the time or money spent, and provides the ability to track their gaming machine play across Victoria.
