Before starting your application, read the Apply to deliver RSA training face to face information. You'll need to have any supporting documentation ready before you begin as you cannot save and return to this form later.

I confirm the RTO has the approved scope to deliver Nationally Recognised Training, as required by national and jurisdictional legislation within Australia, that includes the approved scope to deliver training and/or assessment in a training product which incorporates SITHFAB002 (provide Responsible Service of Alcohol) as a unit of competency.
Attach evidence that the RTO is registered as a national training authority and has the nationally accredited RSA-SITHFAB002 on its scope of registration.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
