This page outlines the rules and requirements for Schedule 1 for clubs.
The Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 provides that the rules of a club that holds or seeks to hold a club licence must comply with Schedule 1, except as otherwise determined by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
Failure to ensure that the rules of a club continue to comply with the Schedule is a breach of the conditions of licence.
Please use this checklist (also available in the application kit) to check that your rules comply with Schedule 1 requirements prior to signing the "Club Rules" declaration on the application form.
(i) a guest in the company of a member of the club; or(ii) an authorised gaming visitor admitted in accordance with the rules of the club.
(i) be admitted as an honorary or temporary member of the club (if the club has these types of membership); or
