Make sure you’re registered and your details are up to date on the Liquor Portal so you get important licence and coronavirus (COVID-19) information when you need it.
We provide resources, guidance and information to licensees and their staff to foster compliance and ensure safe and responsible gambling and liquor environments.
The best way to receive this information is by keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you.
This is also important as we will email you information about your licence, including licence renewals. The annual licence renewal process is moving to digital – from 2021 we will no longer post this information to you. To receive your liquor licence digitally you will need a Liquor Portal account with eLicence activated. Registration is complete in just three easy steps:
Step 1: Register or login to the Liquor Portal
Step 2: Associate your licence or permit using your licence number and individual four-digit PIN
Step 3: Select eLicence and add the email address you want your renewal notice and liquor licence sent to (this can differ from the email address used in your Liquor Portal account).
When we have important information to send you relating to your licence, we will send this to the email you use in your Liquor Portal account. Only your renewal notice and liquor licence will be sent to the email listed for eLicence.
We also regularly communicate with licensees via our website, Twitter, and Facebook so please follow us.
