Did you know we have a gaming venue checklist to help your venue to be compliant?

Developed in consultation with industry and industry associations, the checklist is designed to help you in meeting your regulatory obligations. 

The checklist covers a range of compliance areas including YourPlay and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct. It is a simple tool to help you identify areas where you meet your obligations and those that you need to action, to provide a safe and responsible gaming environment.

We recommend you use the checklist as a training tool and for discussion at staff meetings.
