If you are involved in the selling, offering or serving of liquor you most likely require a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Face-to-face RSA training is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering, or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences.
To maintain your certificate, you must complete an RSA refresher course every three years.
The VCGLR has recently revitalised its online RSA refresher training to make it simpler and easier to use.
The content of the course has not changed but the interface is simpler and works across all web browsers.
RSA training is an important way for those who work in the liquor industry to understand how to serve and supply liquor in a responsible way and contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment in licensed premises.
