Please visit Liquor Control Victoria’s website for liquor licensing, compliance, and regulatory information.
Don’t get caught out - the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) is reminding clubs to make sure they check that their club details are correct.
The VGCCC has recently come across a number of instances where clubs have forgotten to advise when their name has changed or their club structure has altered.
These important details must be registered with the VGCCC for clubs to remain compliant with their licence obligations.
Failure to update the VGCCC if the name of your club has changed, or if your club has made changes to its governance structure, can result in serious penalties.
Remember that it is the responsibility of any club with a liquor licence to manage your licence including making sure to notify the VGCCC of any changes.
You can make changes to your licence details by following the process outlined on the VGCCC’s Vary my licence page.
