Our Liquor Portal makes it easier than ever to update your contact details today.
Updating my details
You can register for a Liquor Portal account, our online licence management tool for liquor licensees in just three easy steps:
Step 1: Register an account
Step 2: Associate your licence or permit using your licence number and individual four-digit PIN (located on your renewal notice).
Step 3: Click eLicence and add the email you want your renewal notice and liquor licence sent to (this can be different to the email address used to create your Liquor Portal account).
You must inform us of any change to your address within 14 days of the change. Failure to do so is an offence and may result in disciplinary action.
To make changes to your address and contact details login to the gambling online portal using your licence number e.g. 012345678/GIE
Issues logging in
Attempt to reset your password if the login doesn't work.
If you are unable to login, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, GIE number, date of birth and email, confirmation that you attempted to login, and confirm which email to include against your licence.
Remember to advise any staff holding gaming industry employee licences to also update their details with us if they have moved. This ensures they continue to receive necessary regulatory information as well as timely reminders to renew their licence.
