Licence application kit - packaged liquor

This application kit contains all the information and forms you need to complete and submit your application.

This licence authorises the licensee to supply liquor on the licensed premises in sealed containers, bottles or cans for consumption off the licensed premises.

For example a packaged liquor licence may be granted for bottle shops and supermarkets.

Applicants are advised to lodge liquor licence applications at least eight weeks in advance. The time taken to process an application will vary depending on a range of factors including the complexity of the application and any objections which may be raised.

Late night trading

Wineries

Wineries that sell packaged liquor would normally apply for either a Producers licence or a Renewable limited licence.
