The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to promote the objects of the Act being to contribute to minimising harm arising from the misuse and abuse of alcohol.
It facilitates the development of a diversity of licensed facilities reflecting community expectations, and to contribute to the responsible development of the liquor and licensed hospitality industries.

These house rules need to cover the obligations and responsibilities of your staff in relation to the responsible serving of alcohol.
