Decisions

We prepare and publish decisions and reasons on certain gaming applications and disciplinary action proceedings.

Parties will be notified of the Commission’s decision and reasons in writing.

It is standard practice to publish decisions and reasons here, unless the Commission considers it is not appropriate to do so.

If you are concerned that you may be identified from information in the decision, please email [email protected] during the inquiry process.

The parties to a hearing may request a transcript.

Copyright of the transcripts is owned by the Commission. They cannot be photocopied or used in any other way without permission.

Transcripts are retained for two to three years after the matter is completed, then archived.

Transcripts relating to electronic gaming machines are provided to the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation for research purposes.
