We prepare and publish decisions and reasons for decisions in relation to certain liquor applications and disciplinary action proceedings.
Licensees and industry stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on their experiences via our annual stakeholder satisfaction survey.
We are looking at ways to help licensees and their employees remain compliant by providing education online, using digital tools.
VCGLR Inspectors will be visiting gaming venues during March, to ensure they comply with the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct (the code).
VCGLR approved training organisations provide students with a VCGLR branded certificate upon completion of their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course, allowing them to work in licensed venues in Victoria.
