Businesses that hold a permanent liquor licence must renew their licence each year to continue to supply liquor. This is typically done by paying an annual renewal fee.
The annual rate for gambling and liquor fees and penalties will remain unchanged.
If you hold a coronavirus (COVID-19) temporary liquor licence, general licence, packaged liquor licence, late night (general) licence or late night (packaged liquor) licence you can supply liquor for takeaway or delivery, unless there is a condition on your licence that prohibits you from doing so.
