Submit your nominated gaming hours by 27 January

All gaming venue operators are now required to submit accurate information about their gaming rooms’ hours of operation into the BOS Portal by 27 January 2023.

This new obligation reflects Section 4.4 of the Accounting and Auditing Venue Requirement (AAVR).

You have the flexibility to nominate your venue’s gaming hours, subject to being compliant with all minimum standards and requirements, including those contained in the AAVR.

Venue operators are required to keep this information up to date, keeping in mind that any changes must be submitted before the end of Friday to take effect on the following Monday.

We may take disciplinary action against venues that fail to meet this obligation.

Please contact the Intralot Gaming Services (IGS) helpdesk on 1300 764 495 or email [email protected] if you need help inputting the hours into the BOS portal. IGS also has a detailed user manual for completing this task.

You can also reach us on [email protected] if you have any questions.
