This page outlines how to amend a minor gaming permit.

Amending conditions

Holders of minor gaming permits can amend:

  • Conducting raffles
  • Selling lucky envelopes, and
  • Conducting a fundraising event.

You can amend the permit if you need to change conditions such as the prizes, date of ticket sales, location, date or time of the draw. You must obtain approval from the VGCCC by completing the Amendment to a minor gaming permit application form. You cannot start the draw until these amendments have been approved.

You will need to include the details of the change(s) required and reasons, as well as the applicable fee.
