VGCCC directions and guidelines

  • The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (the Commission) has approved specific directions and guidelines that commercial licensees, equipment manufacturers, and their associates and nominees need to follow. Penalties apply for failure to comply with these requirements.

Technical standards

Note: On 20 December 2017 certain changes to the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 came into effect. The VGCCC’s web content is currently being updated to reflect these changes and the Technical Standards for gambling industry page has further information.

There are also specific technical standards that the Commission have provided along with the gaming equipment for operation in Victoria. Please refer to the gaming machine standards for more information.
