Update your details

It’s important to let us know if your email, postal address or telephone number changes to ensure you receive the necessary regulatory information from the VGCCC.

You must inform the VGCCC of any change to your address within 14 days of the change. Failure to do so is an offence and may result in disciplinary action.

To make changes to your address and contact details login to the gambling online portal

Logging in to the gambling online portal:

  • Login format is your licence number e.g. 012345678/GIE
  • Attempt to reset your password if the login doesn't work.
  • If you are unable to login, please contact us. Please provide your name, GIE number, date of birth and email, confirmation that you attempted to login, and confirm which email to include against your licence.

Gaming industry employers: Please remind any staff holding gaming industry employee licences to update their details with the VGCCC if they have moved. This ensures they continue to receive necessary regulatory information as well as timely reminders to renew their licence.
