Pay your Electronic Gaming Machine entitlement invoices on time

Gaming venue operators are required to make quarterly entitlement payments as part of their agreement to have poker machines in their venues.

This year the first instalment is due 29 February 2024.

Invoices are sent by email and post. Venue operators can refer to their portal to view their agreement and payment schedule.

We expect venue operators to proactively use the VGCCC portal to access this information and make sure their contact details are up to date.

Under schedule 6 of the agreement, consecutive late, part or no payment will result in forfeiture of the entitlements which will return to the State. This will result in the decommissioning of poker machines at the venue and the venue operator remaining liable for the debt.

Ensure you are familiar with the requirements under your agreement.

If your gaming venue is experiencing financial hardship, you may apply for an assessment with the Department of Justice and Community Safety.

For more information, please visit the gaming machine entitlements page on the VGCCC website.

If you have any questions, please contact the VGCCC on 1300 599 759 or [email protected]
