Remember to attach your gaming machine entitlements to your venue by 12 August

If you operate a venue with one or more gaming machine entitlements from 16 August 2022, please notify us before the gaming machines are used.

You must tell us the number of the entitlements being used in your approved venue/s before Friday 12 August 2022.

You can do this easily and quickly through our Online Gambling Services Portal.

How to log in

1. Go to our Online Gambling Services Portal.

2. Enter your licence number followed by /VOL, then your password.

If you have forgotten your password, please email [email protected]

How to attach or detach entitlements

3. Select the tab labelled ‘My Actions’, then click on ‘Entitlements’. You can then select either ‘Attach Entitlements’ or ‘Detach Entitlements’.

4. Select your venue/s, then ‘Post August 2022 Entitlements’ and the available entitlements will appear. Further instructions on how to select entitlements appear on the right of the screen.

You will only be able to attach gaming machine entitlements up to the number of electronic gaming machines that are permitted to operate in your venue/s. Detachment of gaming machine entitlements will only become effective once we have authorised the change.
