Tell us how we’re going in our annual stakeholder survey

Our annual stakeholder survey is now open.

Since we came into existence as Victoria’s dedicated gambling regulator 9 months ago, we’ve committed ourselves to ensuring integrity, safety and fairness are at the heart of our work with industry and communities.

We invite you to provide feedback on your experience with us through our annual stakeholder satisfaction survey.

Everyone interacts with us differently. You may have contacted us to apply for a licence, sought advice regarding regulatory compliance or made a complaint about a venue. We may have contacted you about changes to regulation, followed up an enquiry or to conduct an investigation.

We understand sometimes your experience with us may not always meet your expectations, or you may feel there are better ways we could be doing things. Equally, we want to hear from you around what we’re doing well.

All feedback is important to us so we can use it to evaluate how we deliver and improve our services.

The survey will remain open until Friday 31 March 2023. The survey is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
