YourPlay– are you meeting your requirements?

YourPlay is an important initiative to help players gamble responsibly at your venue.

Part of your responsibility is ensuring that all YourPlay hardware, including kiosks, are working, accessible, and meet the prescribed requirements. Kiosks play an important part in ensuring players can register their YourPlay cards and set limits to manage their spend.

Your requirements in relation to a YourPlay Kiosk includes ensuring:

  • there is a kiosk available to customers outside the gaming floor (green line area)
  • all kiosks are fully functional at all times

You must test your kiosks regularly to check that you are meeting your YourPlay obligations, and contact Intralot and/or your services provider if you notice anything not working.

The YourPlay checklist is a quick and easy way to make sure you are meeting your broader YourPlay requirements.

Gaming venue operators and staff are legally required to promote and assist players in all aspects of YourPlay under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulation (Pre-commitment and Loyalty Schemes) Regulations 2014.

More information can be found from the Department of Justice and Community Safety on the YourPlay information for venue operators page.
