Gaming application forms ensuring applicants and Councils are only asked for relevant, necessary and realistic information have now been released.
Following an extensive consultation process, the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) has updated the gaming machine application forms.
The revised forms better reflect how the Commission applies the ‘no net detriment’ test, and they offer clearer guidance on how to make high quality applications and submissions.

The new application forms come into effect from 14 September 2019.
